Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

At Intuitive Living, we pride ourselves on fast dispatch. Orders are packed with care and shipped within one business day of being received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Who ships my order?

All orders are sent via Australia Post from Nana Glen, NSW, Australia.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel and view estimated delivery times.

How much does shipping cost?

We aim to keep shipping affordable no matter where you are in Australia.

  • Flat rate standard shipping: $12

  • Additional candles: $5 per candle (based on parcel weight)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment is finalised.

What if my order is lost or delayed?

While we hope this never happens, once a parcel has left our premises it is handled by Australia Post.

  • If your parcel appears lost or stolen, please contact Australia Post directly to lodge an enquiry.

  • Under Australia Post’s terms, the receiver/customer is responsible for initiating investigations once the parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, any re-delivery or re-shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to enjoy your purchase and have a positive experience with Intuitive Living.

Returns due to faults or damage

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

While we take great care in packaging, minor damage to outer packaging only may occur during transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements where the product itself is unaffected.

Change of mind

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Return shipping costs

Unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; and

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking details, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to request a return or refund

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us via www.intuitivelivingau.com

  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

  3. If approved, a return address will be provided

All returns are assessed case by case. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
